As the manufacturer of CLEARFIELD Mullers and Mixers since 1868, we are experienced producers of iron casting and finished parts from 10 pounds to 18,000 pounds in gray, ductile, ni-hard, wear resistant, and specialty irons including equivalent grades to Meehanite metals.

Whether you have existing patterns or need new wood, metal, or our unique ‘multiple use’ Styrofoam patterns we can do the job from START TO FINISH.

With more than 100 years experience, our in house pattern shop, along with local sources can provide an economical, quality pattern to produce your requirements.

Many of our customers have found that it is more cost effective and quickest to have us deliver a finished part or product. If you think this approach is what you would like, Clearfield Machine can furnish necessary patterns, castings, tooling, machining, fabrication, assembly and testing to meet your requirements.

We maintain on site machining, fabrication, and assembly facilities, along with established sources to enhance our complete machining, fabrication, turning, milling, and drilling, and complex high tolerance CNC machining capabilities. This enables Clearfield Machine to take complete control of your entire project.

We utilize an in house spectrometer, and metallurgical laboratory to provide the highest quality castings to ASTM standards. Full mechanical and non-destructive testing is made available to meet our customer’s every need.

Beginning with our capability to receive electronic transfer of CAD drawings and specifications Clearfield Machine is a time proven, quality foundry and machine facility.
