Clearfield Machine maintains a complete in house pattern shop to build, repair, and rig new and existing equipment. Enhancing these capabilities we work in close cooperation with local shops to economically and effectively produce wooden, metal and Styrofoam pattern equipment to suit every need.

Our unique approach to low volume and prototype castings includes Styrofoam patterns capable of producing multiple castings. This is a proven method for lowering our customers’ cost for single or low volume castings while maintaining the same dimensional and quality standards in the resulting parts.
