Patternless Castings

For custom made – highly intricate parts in quantities of one piece – or production volumes directly from your CAD design – consider the Patternless process to manufacture your sand molds. Clearfield can then cast your molded parts in any of its many iron specifications. Mold and/or core production requires an .STL file of the parts to be produced. The turnaround time can be as quick as 5 business days regardless of size or complexity, from .STL file reception to part delivery.
