INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
The design and construction of the Clearfield Mixer will save you both money and time beginning with the initial installation. Convenient location of lubrication points and ease of parts replacement will continue to ease the maintenance process. Clearfield Mixers are equipped throughout with heavy duty Timken tapered roller bearings assuring quiet, trouble-free operation, and low power consumption.

CONSTRUCTION
The rugged cast construction throughout is shown in the photos below. Other than bearings, gearing, seals, etc. which are of the best quality, the Clearfield Mixer is completely manufactured in our plant. Through our controlled process the wearing parts of Clearfield Mixers are cast from the applicable alloy cast metal designed to outlast more expensive materials, even under the most severe operating conditions.
